Develop and strengthen dozens of partnerships with various program coordinators, faculty, college-specific and university-wide personnel. Manage core career services staff ranging from 4-6 professional counselor and administrative support position

Assisted undergraduate/graduate students and alumni (including Liberal Arts majors) with career planning, major exploration, decision-making, graduate and professional school planning, and job/internship search. Provided specialized services to MA/MS & Ph.D students. Administered and interpreted career assessment tools. Supervised graduate/practicum students and student workers. Chaired Graduate & Professional School Expo.

Supervisory responsibility of a centralized academic advising office for 2,400 students at a private, urban college. Supervised 35 faculty and 3 staff advisors. Coordinated all day, evening, on-campus, and distance advising services. Supervised assessment testing of all new students. Designed and provided professional development activities for staff and faculty.

Provided mental health counseling to students involved in the academically-at-risk programs. Provided individual and group counseling sessions, and facilitated workshops. Advised all transfer students.

Responsible for recruiting and employer related services for undergraduate students. Marketed students to corporate, government and non-profit organizations to develop full-time, part-time, internship & co-op opportunities. Managed on-campus recruiting
