Opened and managed office in the UK for base of European operations. Managed all incubation projects and coordinated relationships with venture capital and financial banking firms for incubation projects. Managed personnel consisting of employees, subcontractors and client staff members.

Provided project management consultation in the development of an integrated retail and accounting automated system for the Army Airforce Exchange Service. Performed information systems application and database analysis, design, test and implementation functions. Generated system requirements and design specification documentation. Provided Oracle/UNIX-AIX technical support, Database Administration, and enterprise-wide Information System Planning (ISP) consultation.

Managed a variety of assignments for NASA, the US Airforce, and the US Department of Defense. Technical activities included hardware and software Systems Engineering, Analysis, Design and Integration. Developed integrated engineering scheduling systems, linking MVS, UNIX, DOS, and Macintosh environments. Also responsible for surveillance of hardware/software development to insure adherence to requirements and compatibility to external hardware and software interfaces. Authored multiple documents.
