Responsible for all operations, engineering and account management functions for the electronics division of MECH

Setting of group technical strategy across all three of the group's business units and then targeting customers and programs which support the strategy. I also operate as a bridge between the customer and engineering to ensure clear and consistent product definition prior to kicking off projects and to ensure that customers understand the different technical options that are available.

Leading a team of just over 140 engineers (Electronic, Mechanical and Software) developing products for a diverse range of products including appliances, HVA, medical, industrial and automotive applications. Building on the company's core strengths in smart embedded systems and RF, my challenge is to grow the skill set of the team to allow us to grow into new markets while striving to achieve ever tighter deadlines and maintain (preferably building on) the company's hard earned reputation for quality.
