Recruited by the CIO of Sentry Insurance to rescue a HIPAA compliance project that was dangerously behind schedule after 8 months of internal conversion efforts. Managed vendor negotiations, a multimillion dollar budget, and the efforts of a 60 person, cross-departmental team, including members of Technical, Actuarial, Claims, Accounting, Legal, Policy Benefits, and Group Administration. *Met the federally mandated HIPAA compliance deadline, saving the company millions of dollars in penalties

Expanded business model into new vertical markets and developed a consultancy within the organization. Created consultative sales opportunities that secured new clientele in strategic business segments, and implemented programs to identify additional needs and ensure satisfaction with existing clients. Mentored and coached the Business Development team, and worked with the creative team to rebrand the company.
