New countries of responsibility. Active collaboration in the rollout of SAP HANA P37 in diverse countries of the MMS Retail Group together with IT departments.

POLAND - Country analysis and reporting of relevant financial and operative KPI's. - Monthly closing incl.: P&L analysis, stock, stock structure, sales, competitors/market analysis... - Country support and coordination in finance and controlling matters: FC, BUD, steering of internal projects... ONLINE-MULTICHANNEL - Tracking of the Online KPI's evolution of the MMS Group. - International reporting of the most relevant Online-KPI's: orders, visits, sales, CR, assortment, etc.
