Different transport projects, e.g. European Commission (DG MOVE, INEA and ERA) deployment of European wide ERTMS system. The project with a total budget of 6 million EUR focuses on the monitoring of the implementation of ERTMS system in 27 EU member states. As Action Programme Coordinator, the role is to ensure the programme management and reporting to the client. The project has three main work streams, which are 1) deployment, 2) technical, 3) financial and some additional tasks, such as communications.

Programme for Infrastructure Development in Africa (PIDA) institutional support programme of German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to the African Union Commission (AUC) through GIZ. With a total budget of 7 million EUR the programme is split between the GIZ AU Office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and the NEPAD (AUDA) Agency in Midrand, South Africa including i) Multi-Sectoral Integrated Corridor Approach (transport, energy, ICT, water), ii) Selection Criteria for PIDA PAP 2 (2021-2030).

AfDB project new port of Walvis Bay in cooperation with the Transport, Logistics and Mobility Programme of GIZ. The project with a total budget of 1 million USD focuses on 5 sub-projects: D1) Logistics Master Plan, D2) Road Safety Program, D3) Capacity & Institutional Building for WBNLDC, D4) Capacity & Institutional Building for Walvis Bay Corridor Group (WBCG), D5) FIATA Training Program. In addition, facilitation of infrastructure investment (e.g. KfW 30 million EUR for road section with SEIA.

Technical Support Transport Programme of GIZ, Namibia: A) Co-ordinate and prepare 5-year business plan for RFA’s infrastructure investment; B) Preparation, financing and monitoring of nationwide road infrastructure projects; C) Stakeholder liaison and International Donors (KfW, GIZ, AfDB, EU etc.); D) Supervision and monitoring allocated funds, e.g. monitor implementation of road project (KfW 30 million EUR) and implementation of MOVE Windhoek (GIZ) project for sustainable urban mobility.

European Commission, Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T). EU road, rail and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) whole project life cycle with evaluation of proposals, financing decision, monitoring implementation, site visits, technical and financial assessment, contribution to internal/external audits etc. Project portfolio with budget responsibility (co-financing) in Finland, France, Germany, Slovenia and Sweden with DG MOVE, DG REGIO, DG ENV, DG DEVCO, European Investment Bank (EIB).
