Bonsuk Awani

My name is Bonsuk (Bon-sook but sometimes I go by the name Bonnie) and I am a terribly curious qualitative user researcher and designer who combines psychology and creativity in order to uncover hidden user needs. After four years designing digital products across exciting cities such as Paris and Beijing, I’ve become a deeply empathetic researcher. This has not only complemented my research skills, but it has also taught me how to balance business goals while being an unrelenting advocate for the user.
