Drove and actively contributed to defining the new direction of the RunMyProcess low-code platform, re-architecting into a cloud native elastically scalable architecture. Took over the startup-like software engineering of RunMyProcess and transformed it into a professionally agile department, delivering daily rolling releases in high quality. Orchestrated multiple and globally distributed DevOps teams. Designed and actively managed the agile processes for the platform’s global engineering teams.

Analyzing Central European customer’s requirements and problems in the area of cloud native computing. Defining new offerings in this area, conducting market and competitor analyses. Starting a collaboration for software development, operation, CI/CD, QA / test automation and release management with the Fujitsu’s Hybrid Cloud Managed Services “ServiceHub” team.

Joined the company’s managment team and started contributing to defining and implementing the company’s strategy. Led the team that established a strategic partneship between Fujitsu and SUSE in the area of Container Orchestration, Cloud Computing Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud Management. Co-designed the requirements of a Micro OS optimized for Kubernetes. Developed, negotiated and closed the partnership deal from technical aspects to the final commercial agreements.

Led multiple agile development teams contributing to open-source cloud native computing development projects, including co-architecting and co-development of the Kubernetes Dashboard together with Google, Cloud Service Picco hybrid cloud cost management service, as well as contributing the Logging and Real-time Event Stream Processing components of the OpenStack Monasca Monitoring and Logging as-a-service. Contributed to the commercialisation of solutions based on open source software.

Organized the Scrum-based agile software development process as Scrum Master, as well as coded in a test-driven development team of the hybrid-cloud service management software openservicecatalogmanager.org. Developed the client side Eclipse integration for the Fujitsu Interstage Application Development Manager. Developed Java applications for the Eclipse OSGi Platform in the context of service oriented architectures (Fujitsu Interstage CentraSite).

Architected and developed Java and JEE based web applications mainly for the BMW Group and Fujitsu.
