1) Coordinating and organizing of Non Destructive Inspection for composite structural parts of prototype aircraft as well as development of NDI specification for Serial Production 2) Establishing and implementing of material qualification test plan 3) Analysis and interpretation of test results and failure data 4) Creation of technical documentations like test reports, material specification and manufacturing instruction 5) Planning and conduction of laboratory operations to develop manufacturing processes.

1) Establishing material qualification test plan in cooperation with material & process engineer 2) Planning of materials and equipment and tools to manufacture qualification test specimens 3) Preparing the Job cards for sub assembly as well as the qualification test specimens 4) Assisting and support for the implementation of Team Center/PLM (Manufacturing Process Platform) and SAP-ERP Tool 5) Interpretation and administration support for supervising Chinese Trainees of On the Job Training program
