Scope: Leading and managing a team of International Customer Service Representatives. Recruiting for both in-house and outsourced contact centers. Co-creating Omio's Help Center and the dynamic FAQ for customer self-service including: content writing, coordination between Customer Service, Design, Editorial/Translation and Development. Team Size: 20 people.
