Accounting & Finance: • GL-entries in regards to month and month end close entries for various entities • Reconciliations of GL accounts (AR, AP and Bank) in the ARMS tool • Participate and prepare the month, quarter and year end close • Coordination of the AP- payment process of the material and non- material vendors including up on any issues • Review and set up the VAT filling process in Poland and Germany • Close working relationship with the different finance and sales departments

Reporting & Analysis • Prepare monthly management summary reports for the senior management • Cash flow and treasury reporting • Responsible for updating and analysing monthly payment & risk metrics

Additional Responsibility: • Supervise a team in the payment services group • Recruit and train new staff and conduct review performances • Chair weekly and monthly staff meetings • Review, analysis and discussion of year end performances

Additional to the duties of an Accounts Payable Admin: Management: • Manage a team to process invoices with/without purchase orders in the local currency • Maintaining a good rapport between the different finance departments to increase productivity and efficiency, as well as participation in and managing any audits in regards to the AP-sub ledger • Management meeting with the teams and review employee development plans

Accounting & Finance: • Process invoices with/without purchase orders in the local currency accordance with the country specific VAT regulations • Manage the month, quarter and year end close process, ensure internal close process is completed on time with no outstanding issues for all entities in Europe • M&A involvement to integrate acquired companies

• Handle all accounting related projects • Involvement in the setup of SAP/R3 finance modules in all subsidiaries

• Review, approve and process sales contracts in SAP/R3 • Liaise with the regional controllers
