I joined Avoy for a couple of months as a BD Intern. Avoy's aim was to resolve one of the everlasting issues with travel: it proposed its users with travel destinations which were usually offbeat and far from your standard Paris or London. - Represent the company at the WebSummit conference in Lisbon - Contribute to the development of our mobile application - Prepare databases of potential clients and partners - Assist the founder with developing the strategy and vision of the product
After a couple of months as an Intern I decided to join a full-time role at the Company. My main tasks revolved around recruitment for various positions within McKinsey SSC in Poznań so: - hiring talented Finance & HR Professionals, Executive Assistants, Visual Presentation Specialists and more - Direct cooperation with internal Hiring Managers - Direct search for passive candidates through different channels - Ownership over full-cycle of recruitment process
I joined McKinsey as an Intern in the HR department in Poznań, during my internship I managed to work in a various aspects of HR including Learning and Development, Recruitment and internal databases management, my usual tasks revolved around: - Screening CVs of potential candidates and scheduling interviews for them - Supporting of McKinsey offices in matters of personal development and learning - Contribution to the evaluation process of consultants - Contacting with foreign firm offices
