Seconded to site in Madagascar to project mange the transition of HR services delivery from European regional hub to South African hub.

Hired as team member at initiation of major organisational transition period where HR function was moving to using a centralised in-house expert team. Services developed included providing internal talent management and external recruitment services to a very diverse, demanding and challenging internal client base.
