  Managing network security (Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Vulnerability Management, Database Activity Monitoring and Web Application Firewall) implementation projects, endpoint security service transitions, and any other ad-hoc projects within the team. Main drivers behind our projects are to make each Vodafone Local Market’s network more secure, and to centralize network/endpoint security support. Working on projects with budgets sized 150.000 € - 1.500.000 €.

  Global ISA Automation / Project Manager

  Software development/automation project management, as part of a global automation program, following standard Software Development Life Cycle, using SUN’s Identity Manager solution (SUN IDM). Main drivers behind automation were to save FTEs, and during these 2 years we saved 40+ FTEs. I was part of several global standardization working groups, and also did smaller automations for our team as well (reporting, capacity management)

  Global ISA Transition / Project Manager

  Managed transition projects, as part of a centralization program, with the main drivers of Cost/FTE savings, and standardization. Saved approx 35 FTEs with centralization, plus additional costs with moving the function to a low-cost location.

  Regional VSR Support Team Leader

  In addition to my previous responsibilities, I also trained any new teams, who migrated to VSR, and made sure that all end user requirements are covered / raised with the development team. On top of my Team Leader duties, I became the primary project coordinator in Budapest for 2 projects, to setup a follow-the-sun model between the two processing centers in Budapest & Mexico, and transition Encryption ISA support from New York to the teams.

  Information Security Administrator / Regional VSR Suppor

  User Admin in Banking Systems plus worked on application implementations with the global project team. From 2006 Jan, I became the only Hungarian member to a project team which worked on the regional rollout of a new global workflow tool (VSR). After the successful rollout (mid-year), became regional support, which included end-user support, release testing, and documentation of the processes, business and functional requirements.
