Responsible for providing guidance to the storage engineering team on how to handle, analyze and implement customer's requirements according to IBM best practices and recommendations, build and consolidate the skill set of the Business As Usual (BAU) Team for steady state support, advise, evaluate, inspect, correct and fit customer's proposals into IBM global guidelines for Storage and SAN.

Provided valuable assistance to the Architecture Team by actively participating in technical discussions regarding SAN/Storage planning, deployment strategies, performance/capacity optimization and customer's requirements, designed strategic zoning layouts in order to maximize Storage resource utilization for increased performance and capacity

Responsible for performing different types of diagnostic for Storage/Switch related problems based on a comprehensive understanding of troubleshooting techniques and extensive problem determination methods, executing Root Cause Analysis activities in order to know and remediate the triggers of a critical situation by writing Defect Prevention Plans

Responsible to guarantee the quality of the products developed by IBM that was delivered to the customer. The customers supported were among several different industry sectors, from small applications to bigger and more critical ones, such as health care applications, video streaming, bank systems, high work loaded databases and server applications.
