Assembly paint&sealant application according to aviation and military standards by leading regular organization of 3 shifts of a huge production team (approximately 70 technicians). Using and leading robotic paint application in processes. Process optimization by tools of lean manufacturing. Providing requests of ISO standards for enviroment/health&safety/production and customer requests which are checked at periodic process audits.

R&D of alkyd resins and new paint formulas at R&D lab. Development and production of new resin formulas were done firstly at lab scales and after all tests at 4-20 tonnes reactors. Tests of coating formulas which includes new resin formulas firstly at lab scales and after all tests 1-5 tonnes scales.In my working period 5 new resin formulas developed by my practices results after 150 trials.

Management of "wood and industrial" coatings/varnishes/thinners production according to ISO 9001 - ISO 14001 - OHSAS 18001 standards by organizing a "producer technician team" and shifts.
