Worked with photovoltaics R&D as sputtering expert for various projects, process responsible for reference front contact process, and project leader. Learnt to manage industrial projects, learnt industrial R&D and production workflows, supervised quality control and maintained SOPs. Ensured high quality of the reference TCO front contact sputter process, leading to a smooth production workflow and resulting in champion devices. Developed TCOs for CIGS and Pervoskite devices.

Worked on thin film R&D projects. Planned, coordinated and performed experiments. Compiled and presented project reports. Learnt to lead projects, write grants and build network. •Developed thermochromic VO2 coatings for smart glazing, resulting in new possibilities for low temperature growth of thermochromic VO2 thin films. •Developed DLC coatings, leading to exploitation by SME partners on industrial components. •Developed high mobility TCOs for CIGS solar cells, resulting in increase in efficiency.
