Reviewing of state of the art scan matching algorithms; Designing and implementing an algorithm for automated computation of Ground depth and inclination by processing image from a 3D safety camera at automotive plant; Creating Unit-tests to test robust functionality of the algorithm.

The project involved reviewing state of the art path planning algorithms; Optimizing multiple parameters in mobile robot path planning; Identifying the pareto front using Genetic Algorithm; Implementation and testing in static and dynamic obstacle environments

This is a joint project between Helmut-Schmidt University and Hamburger Verkehrsverbund (http://www.hsu-hh.de/aut/index_Heija1yslWnZbxW6.html) to help the blind and visually challenged people using RFID technology for commuting at traffic intersections, bus stands and subways. Tasks included: Embedded programming of ATMEL ATMEGA1284p microcontroller; Developing algorithms for dynamic collision free communication among RFID devices; Testing the devices at traffic, bus stands and subways.

Assisting in on-site Ground Vibration Tests; Discrete element modelling of aircraft to identify eigen shapes and frequencies.

Mathematical modelling of a butterfly wing as cantilever; Simulating wing interactions with surrounding fluid during flapping motion

Analyzing drawbacks and proposing solutions for improvement in operations and product handling on the 3W chassis shop floor
