Quality Engineering Manager, SAP Technology and Innovation Platform, IDDC Portal at SAP Labs. Managed a group of over 40 QA, Performance and Testing Engineers and Team Leads. Overall responsibility for the functional and performance qualification of several SAP products (NetWeaver Enterprise Portal, SAP Business Objects BI Workspace, BI Social Network Analyzer, etc.). Set the groups strategy and methodologies. Pioneered the development of several major testing frameworks platforms within SAP.
