Project Assistant is equivalent to : Plan and Control Manager : Level 2 Responsibilities includes: • Assist PD/RPM ensuring projects delivery in given time as per requirements. • Maintain project KPIs, project quality and overall status • Interface person between Project teams, PMO office and higher management.

Project coordination, Data analysis, Daily planning with respect to original plan and Execution of plan to achieve goal smoothly on Safe City Project. Coordination throughout the project following in defined hierarchy. Documentation, letter writing to concern department or client and preparing presentations for meetings.

Configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and supervision of BSS and BTS site’s equipment using dedicated software Huawei U2000/NMS. Escalating alarms (Telco, non-telco) to related departments following Huawei standard operating procedure. Maintenance of power distribution circuit, advance circle batteries and generator configuration for site power backup. Providing technical support and guidance to team from start to end in case of activity to rectify major issues in minimum time.
