As Vogt Real Estate Investents has grown and our clients' interests diversify, I have taken on more direct consulting roles with clients to advise on real estate development, construction, and other infrastructure matters, including vendor selection, licensing and regulations, and similar matters.

I founded Vogt Real Estate Investments to translate my experience and knowledge of the real estate landscape into a boutique company that could more directly advise clients on real estate investments and projects. Over the years, my founding partners and I have hired and fostered a strong team of analysts and real estate professionals, and cultivated a solid client list of local and international clients looking to invest in real estate projects in Germany and abroad.

Starting as an assistant real estate manager and ultimately becoming an associate, I managed commercial,industrial, and retail property portfolios for multiple clients. This included responding to tenant needs, performing property inspections, ensuring compliance with procedures, and much more.
