I have been working in field of information technology since 2016. I started my journey by teaching and managing schools infrastructure and sites that gave me so much experience with communicating with different people and managing different personalities also I started teaching English private lessons since 2015 due to high knowledge in English. To get to know companies systems and get more used to work environments I did training course in field of It support in Bank Sharq. Finally my last experience is in MTN where am currently working in Mediation and Provisiong department of IT handling EMM Ericson system and passing and solving all corrupted tickets also solving problems and troubleshooting them.
