Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing Aha!, a Product Management tool. - Support PM team with writing Acceptance Tests, documenting functional and non-functional Product Requirements and technical specifications for new features. Achievements: - Successfully organised a workshop on Aha! best practices bringing the MLS Product Management and Aha! success teams together.

Responsibilities: - Documentation of all Technical Project Management activities in Confluence. - Supported Technical Project Managers with documentation of project plans in Confluence and MS Project. - Taking meeting notes during client calls and extracting valuable information from them. Achievement: - Successfully created different tracking systems using JQL in JIRA to track down tickets (features, bugs, etc) related to different clients for understanding the dependencies.
