Leading an offshore team in Kiev helping customer lifting their product from 2-tier to 3-tier distributed architecture based on .NET/Azure technology stack. Responsible for design and implementation of instrumentation framework for collecting metrics, distributed traces and logs and sending it to Application Insights. Code reviewer, coordinating efforts with stakeholders, participating demo events as a presenter.

As a member of a product company I was responsible for full development cycle of cloud-based data synchronization product. Integrating user mailboxes (Exchange/Outlook/Office365/Gmail) and multiple CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workbooks, Deltek).

Led the offshore development team in Kiev, Ukraine. Coordinated efforts of onsite and offsite teams with US Project Manager. Managed daily team activities (Scrum) related to ongoing development and product support. Established core CMMI practices to pass external CMMI assessment requested by a customer. Was involved into a development of e-terrasource modeling product for ALSOM / AREVA T&D (Energy Management domain). Core technologies used: MSSQL/Oracle + WCF Services + WPF/CAB-based desktop UI.
