Support and collaboration with the finance team with a focus on controlling and organizing the payment transaction process.

Developing the concept of Hotels renovation, including the concept, analysis of the weaknesses of the hotel and the ways of improvement, actual planning of physical renovation, program for training of the personnel and management team of the hotel, contacts with suppliers, etc.

Working closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximising the hotel revenues. Responsible for a maximum of occupancy of conferences and banquets in order to optimise general business opportunities. Creating lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate client, like airlines, tourist offices, different book services etc.

Intern at the Administration and the Reception- Work as a receptionist (bookings, check-ins/outs, customer care, etc)- Administration, work with the suppliers, purchases, accounting, HR

Negotiation with hotels of the company tariffs-Booking department. Providing the clients with bookings through GDS, planning the required trips-Events department. Searching, selection and contacting the venue, negotiation, organising and coordinating the transfers.

Organisation of studying abroad, diving trips, safaris.
