    -Overview of the current methods to detect moving targets in the presence of clutter and noise with a MIMO radar. -Implement a radar system simulation with noise, static clutter in the background and moving targets to investigate various scenarios with respect to different speed, and positions of the targets. -Development and implementation of a method to differentiate moving targets from static clutter. -Adaptive decision criterion for detection was implemented based on the surrounding estimated clutter.

    -Aim: To detect abandoned objects at public places by the fusion of two background subtraction models. -Used Microsoft Visual Studio C++ and OpenCV computer vision library to develop the algorithm. -Performance of the algorithm was evaluated using several datasets. -Background subtraction method used for object tracking and designed -Application: Surveillance system, Ambient assisted living(AAL)
