Ansgar Schultheis

Already at an early age, I was able to discover that sustainability and international and intercultural exchange are very important to me. This motivated me to study economics in English and to do a semester abroad. Currently, I am writing my master thesis in the field of sustainable transport economics, in which I combine both interests and empirically analyze the sustainability of e-scooters, using data from Louisville Kenntucky. In addition, I work in the human resources team of a global-acting consulting firm. Our main tasks include finding new employees for our company, supervising existing employees and developing training opportunities. Together we strive for excellence and deliver the best possible results. Further, I am looking for the right company to bring in my accumulated skills. Hereby, it is important to me that the company is internationally positioned and sustainable, offering even new employees the opportunity to take responsibility.
