Working with a private property developer I part acted as his PA attending site meetings, architects meeetings, design meetings; I co-ordinated the office. I also managed the marketing of the sites and agreed the sales which I was recompensed on a commission basis.

I worked with the owner of this lettings agency at the beginning of her business. We built the business from a 1 property agency to 180 property agency over the 18 months. We set the systems in place and made the business model work, we acquired landlords properties, marketing (both online & offline) for tenants, initiated the referencing process, and created furniture packages.

Sold property on the Costa Del Sol to UK clients.

I co-ordinated the sales of HealthCare Insurance schemes to companies between 2 - 150 people.
