Hallo! I am Anna from Ukraine. I came to Germany this July because of the war in my country. In Kyiv I used to work in the IT industry: started from content manager and coordinator for American Chamber of commerce in 2013 I made a path from an assistant to a manual QA Engineer. Duties: • Plan and deliver full test coverage of the product • Provide test support for the development team throughout all stages of development • Investigate incidents and issues reported by customers or other teams • Deep interaction with test automation team • Creating and maintaining test documentation
- Manually tested cashier software, POS terminal and back office (fuel and shop, forecourt) - Executed tests, filed bug reports (Jira), followed up with fixed defects - Performed API testing with autotest (JAVA) - Authored a lot of articles in confluence to make all the processes I’ve ever touched clearer for my colleagues (new code drop installation manual, how to describe new functionality so it’ll be possible to validate it, how to describe bugs verification, etc.)
