I am a dynamic and energetic individual with 5 + years of progressive experience in Quality control & planning, testing & inspection of concrete & I have key role involvement in Concrete mix design checks, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing. I am deft at mix design checks, including aggregate and bitumen sampling and testing, also laying specification requirements. I attend the site inspections and absorb the Non-Conformities raising the NCR’s if applicable coordinating with the site construction supervisor. I identify areas where improvements are needed and to initiate preventive action and provide early feedback to the site team lead on the issues, potential delays or interface problems.
