Leader of a team of four implemented the KPI´s and monthly S&OP meetings together with the Supply Chain Management. Aligned the International Sales team with the Planning and Procurement areas, achieving the sales of whole year (2017) in only the first semester of 2018. Reduced of backorders on a 50%. Developed strategies to ensure the availability of the FP for national clients, exportation and contracted goods for transnational laboratories [BAYER, MSD, and so forth].

Create an alliance with the Purchasing Department to increase sales 9.7%. Implement project to make 69 stores rotate more than previous year without jeopardizing sales objectives for three product families while clearing and adjusting the inventory. Create effective inventory plans, strategies to allocate and distribute merchandise, analyze product performance, recommend changes to improve profitability, develop financial plans based on current trends for every supplier.

Coordinate the spare parts' consignment project in all the warehouses. Mediate negotiations between suppliers and Fleet managing team achieving savings for the company of 2% of the total expense. Prepare contracts with the new terms negotiated. Generate of all Fleet Purchase Orders, organizing groups as consigned materials in the company´s fleet repair shops and specially negotiated Purchased Orders. Prepare biddings following 7 steps for strategic sourcing, to create centralized procurement processes.

- Clearing and adjusting trade payables with the Outsourcing Staff Agencies. - Develop new workplace culture with the automation and computerization of weekly payroll along Outsourcing Staff Agencies, HR and Finance departments; generating weekly Central Purchase Orders and tracing the bills for payment.

- Organization of a focus group with a marketing agency. - Presentations for marketing agencies, research and analysis statistics data, internal tolls; - Routing new arts internally for approval signatures, communication with mock-up suppliers
