Production management and information flow support following the Lean Manufacturing philosophy; analysis and record of nonconformities in components and products; participation in continuous improvement actions (Kaizen principle); evaluation of processes/procedures of the industry and participation in action plans (PDCA); use of quality tools such as SPC Chart, Ishikawa Diagram and Pareto Chart; control and distribution of KPIs.

Quality control of products and verification of accordance with existing standards, analysis and record of flaws in materials and components, study enabling the increase of the loading rate of heat treatment furnaces, study about the unification of quenching and tempering temperatures for all the used steels.
