- planning the project steps, leading and managing the project team to achieve the project objectives, applying LEAN and AGILE methodologies; - close colaboration with the rubber supplier in order to optimize and develop the materials used for the production of rubber hoses; - bringing new materials to the series production phase by performing all the necessary tests in accordance with Automotive Industry Standards; - involvement in Quality issues and problem solving.

- application of various electrochemical testing methods (cyclic and linear voltammetry, chronoamperometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) in order to evaluate the behavior of the studied catalysts in different aqueous solutions; - participation to national and international scientific events and publication of scientific papers in specialized journals; - conducting laboratory experiments with students; - involvement in projects and topics at team level.

- application of electrochemical methods in order to obtain new electrodes with high catalytic activity; - assisting in the characterization of the obtained electrodes; - participation in national and international scientific events.
