Development of automotive ICs for networking, power management, motor drivers, and LED drivers. Ensure ISO 26262 compliance for functional safety devices like ADAS, EPS, and Airbag power supply.

P/L-responsible for the business unit engineering of RoodMicrotec at all locations. Programme manager of advanced qualification projects for key customers in wireless control and high reliability/space business. P/L-responsible for test engineering & test operation. Business development in Silicon Saxony area for the Dresden branch of Rood Technology founded in 2005, operation started in 2007.
