With over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create positive impact through innovation, collaboration, and excellence. In my six years in Operations within the Wind sector, I orchestrated the global in-house manufacturing network for Onshore Blades and Nacelles, spanning 17 plants across 9 countries and 5 continents. Serving as Senior Vice President, I held profit and loss responsibility, delivering an annual internal revenue exceeding 2.5 billion EUR and directly overseeing a team of 5000. I am today leading Product Management for Siemens Gamesa Business Unit Onshore. In my current role, I am at the core of sustainable business development, translating customer needs into optimal product offerings.
