effective development of inventive own chassis control algorithms using model based simulation and rapid prototyping for in-car evaluation --- fruitful planning and conducting a controlled damper contest including personally convincing the top management on test drives to start series development --- interdisciplinary and cross-functional project management both in the Volkswagen in-house electronic strategy and in collaboration with Tenneco on active chassis systems
