Guidaning users in regards to the following applications: AD, Lotus Notes, Office 365, McAfee, SAP, Webex Creating accounts for the users ( Lotus Notes, AD, Office365, Junos Pulse) Dealing with internal programs ( Mitel, TRIOLE) Raising incidents, change orders and assigning them to proper resolver groups Training newcomers

Zoning of retail space; Sales optimization (merchandise planning & replacement on the trading floor); Good allocation according to internal brand policy; Window dressing; Preparation of boutiques for special events.

Ensuring of the store effective operation activities; Staff Recruitment; Merchandising & direct sales activities; Goods ordering and relocation (between warehouses, stores); Execution of store manager duties in his absence.
