Creating purchase orders and trim sheets for the factories to ensure they have the correct guidelines to follow; updating cost sheets once information was finalized; entering orders to keep up to date the open to sale; supporting production fittings; receiving overseas samples and preparing all the components for the fittings; different administrative projects like projection charts and checking the bulk fabric orders against the garments orders.

Confer with customers in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prepare invoices for returned goods. Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure accuracy.

Support and supervise staff to increase sales, to promote business and to control budget plans.

Inspect layouts, advertising copy, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications. Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies. Confer with department heads to discuss topics as contracts, advertising media and products. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Confer with department supervisors to assess progress and discuss needed changes. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations and inspect products to detect defects. Plan and develop new products and production processes. Confer with company officials to develop methods to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business with the help of reports and budget plans.
