Provide leadership and drive continual improvement in the execution of strategic roadmaps focused on the assessment, design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure capabilities and standards related to the following:  Networking (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Sonicwall firewalls)  Enterprise Storage (Dell SAN Storage, SAN switches)  Servers and Operating Systems (VMware VSphere 6.0, M.S Sever 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019).

 Handling 5 Active directory domain servers, and 18 application servers (GEPICS, GSIP monitoring applications, EPO server, RADIA patching server, and VM ware VCenter Farm with Clustering).  Handling IT Network Infrastructure including Cisco 2900 Router, Cisco 3750x, Cisco 3750, Cisco 2950 Switches, Cisco ASA 5508-X, FirePower, and EMC VNX5300 storage).  Handling Microwave Links, and leased line monitoring.

 Maintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements.  Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, AD, DHCP, DNS servers (2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2), and network devices (including Cisco Call Manager, Fortigate 200D)  Test all changes to networks, hardware, software,

 Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.  Administering 2 PowerEdge servers, windows server 2008, Active directory and exchange server 2010.  Implementing and troubleshooting DHCP server.  Configuring and administering Cisco SG300 Switch.  Configuring and administering Fortigate 80C firewall.

 Upgrading the internet connectivity at Mars Incorporated site in 6th of October City from Wi-Max to microwave.  Migrating 4 Microsoft servers from Windows server 2003 to windows server 2008.  Handling the backup operations, working with HP Storage works Ultrium 920 SAS, and backup exec 11d, 2010, and 2012.  Working on internet failover solution using the load balance devices.

 Co-implementing IT infrastructure (Microwave tower installation, Server room equipment installation such as Cisco core Switches, Cisco 3900 series router, and Riverbed steelhead).  Great experience with troubleshooting Infoworks, share cad and any other web-based application.  Troubleshooting outlook and exchange 2010 issues.  Implemented E-track access card system.  Great experience with the security tokens.  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

 Undertake all IT equipment installations, configuration, and maintenance according to Vendor’s documentations, best business practices and company procedures.  Ensure the environment for IT equipment is secured and maintained within manufacturers Specifications and in accordance with the outsourced company IT framework. Provide 1st level user support for hardware and business software applications. Oversee and supervise 2nd level support provided by 3rd parties.
