Responsible for recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions while developing and implementing innovative cost effective recruitment strategies. Handle the sourcing, screening, scheduling & interviewing applicants for full-time position. Conduct New Hires orientation and an exit interview. Conduct inpatriate orientation and cross-cultural training programs for subsidiaries employees. Provide Employee Retention programs. Prepare weekly reports on new hires, terminations and various other HR reports.
