Google and IBM certified Product Designer with a background in Graphic and Digital design. 9 publications in international media. Handcrafts Enthusiast & Fashion Fan. Over 7 years of experience in the design field. As a multidisciplinary designer, I apply my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I stop at nothing to use every tool I have to get the job done and constantly looking for new tools that will improve my work. I thrive when I'm surrounded by talented people from whom I can learn and grow as a professional. I adapt quickly (thanks to rapidly changing environment and COVID) and believe that communication is key. My usual workflow for new products involves learning business needs, conducting competitive research, wireframing, usability testing, prototyping, hi-fi UI, test again, and iterate to improve the experience based on the findings. All of my processes are scalable and steps can be removed or added to fit the company needs and timelines.
