Support to the management of projects and planning of the EGTC GO activities; management of internal and external communication of the EGTC GO; support to the financial management and accounting of the EGTC GO, including support to the drafting of the budget and final accounts; support to the management of orders and external assignments.

Reporting and carrying out procedures relating to requests for reimbursment of the national and European contribution, monitoring activities relating to the financial, procedural and physical status of the project PArSJAd ; preparation of audit trail; creation of a separate archive for the storage of project documentation.

Analysis of calls of proposal, information and data collection, coordination of the project partners in the pre-planning phase, writing project in accordance with applicable programme and european, national, regional and local policies, defining financial framework and drafting of the final budget. During the implementation of the projects I managed the contents, accounting and administrative procedures including monitoring, certification and financial reporting.
