I am in charge of client/ projects identification, customers/ financial entities negotiations, balance sheet analysis & risk analysis, credit reports, loan disbursement follow-up, creating company’s new products (such as FX hedging training programme) and representing the company at international conferences

- Setting the bases of the Bucharest German Desk for corporate customers; - Implementation of the politics of the new bank (after the merger with HVB and Tiriac Bank); - Active participant in the improvement of bank’s procedures; - Management of the new/ existing German clients portfolio; - Balance sheet analysis, preparing credit applications and presenting them in front of the Credit Committee of the Bank, loan contracts negotiations, loan disbursement follow-up & collection.

- Expanding and managing the portfolio of customers with foreign shareholders (Turkish, Lebanese, Italian, German etc) within the New Europe Desk (desk designated to serve only the companies with foreign shareholders); - Contract negotiation with clients/suppliers, contracts follow up & collection; - Balance sheet analysis, preparing leasing applications including investment justification, presentation in front of the Credit Committee, leasing contracts negotiations, leasing contract follow-up & collectio

- Expanding and managing the portfolio of customers; - Contract negotiation with clients/suppliers; - Preparing leasing applications and active involvement in the marketing operations of the company.

- Claims settlement, negotiations with foreign insurance bureaus; - Correspondence with foreign claims settlement bureaus; - Improvement - in collaboration with the IT Department of the newly created Insurance Policies Computer Program.
