Hi! My name is Alina and I am passionately curious about the human brain and its reaction to design. Eight quick things about me and my work: 1. I have a thirst for knowledge and desire to research everything. 2. I am obsessed with consumer behavior and how rational, yet irrational it can be. 3. My gut instinct for good design is good, but I seek for scientific data to back up my recommendations. 4. I constantly drive, educate, and refine myself to be a better version of myself. 5. When faced with challenges, I stay calm and focus on making high-quality decisions (meditation helps!). 6. Authenticity, honesty, perfection, hard work, and dedication define my work ethics. 7. I am competitive and love to win but helping my team to win brings me greater satisfaction. 8. Outside of work, I have a special interest in literature, outdoors, sports, design trends, and modern art.

In a short time period, we achieved to grow the cross-functional PQ team and its impact beyond expectations. I was ultimately accountable for finding and delivering robust and repeatable design & engineering solutions to achieve the highest quality design executions meeting and/or exceeding our customers’ expectations of our award-winning supercars.
