Responsible for overseing the recruitment activity for Serco's contracts within the institutional space sector in continental Europe. Managing a small team of recruiters focused on delivering the best talent to our service lines in Germany (European Space Agency/ESOC, EUMETSAT, DLR/GSOC, European Patent Office), the Netherlands (ESA-ESTEC, EPO), French Guiana (Guiana Space Centre), UK (ESA/ECSAT), Italy (ESA/ESRIN), Spain (ESA/ESAC).

Liaising with local Team Leaders and Business Development Managers; Advertising through a variety of online attraction sources; Using selection criteria to determine suitable candidates; Record all information relating to the recruitment process and provide this information on request update both candidate & customer information and store / maintain template documents; Assisting with general recruitment queries; Database mining to source candidates.

The initial interpretation and qualification of job descriptions; Developing detailed job descriptions; Utilizing recruitment tools and professional/social networking sites to identify potential candidates; Screening, interviewing and evaluating all potential candidates; Scheduling interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate; Sourcing candidates from database; Organizing technical evaluation sessions.
