I am a After Sales Services Engineer at Anadolu Automobil Rom S.R.L, where I apply my mechanical and railway systems engineering degree and passion for electric vehicles to provide feedback and insight on product performance and customer needs. I collaborate with the R&D team to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with various components and systems, using testing, analysis, and data interpretation skills. I also deliver high-quality customer service and technical support, answering questions and resolving issues related to electric vehicles. I have gained valuable experience working with different brands and models of electric and diesel vehicles, such as Durmazlar, Karsan, SOR, and Isuzu. I am motivated by the challenge of finding solutions to complex technical problems and the satisfaction of enhancing customer satisfaction. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong interest in learning and innovating in the electric vehicle industry.
