My responsibility is to Lead Business blueprinting and implementation of SAP HR (using EHP4) Performance Management & Enterprise Compensation Management for Top Executives. This is a multi country PM & ECM deployment project for top executives using a split bonus systems of cash and stock prorated over several years.

I have joined Capita shortly after the go-live of Corporate Services Transformation Program (designed to deliver £800 million of savings over 10 years) at Service Birmingham, a joint Venture of Capita and Birmingham City Council as a Senior SAP HR Consultant.

Architects (Analyse Requirements, Design, Prototype & Implement Solutions) the SAP HR business systems that enable the company’s HR business processes. Responsible for HR business process analysis, design of SAP HR system configuration, testing and implementation of SAP HR business systems to support Chemtura Business Processes, .

Full responsibility for clients: DUPONT (Global), BVLGARI (Switzerland) & STIHL (Germany) to Lead Junior developers to support key clients for FI-CO, MM & SD modules, developed & maintained add-on product FICS (Financial Inventory Controlling Systems), Design, develop, implement and support (including day to maintenance) of client’s systems, Co-ordination of project planning and delivery phases of global roll out for SAP ABAP Solutions, Analyze, Design, Implement and support ABAP solutions.
