• Coordination and management of engineering, procurement, and construction during 3 EPC projects with a total value of more than $400 million and with different international contractors/suppliers such as TechnipFMC, SNC-Lavalin, CPECC, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, General Electric, etc. • Defined Control Mechanisms for financial, quality, integrity, scheduling, etc. • Coordinating activities between different disciplines and developing detailed project schedules
