• Lead buyer & team leader. I supported different GE Oil & Gas facilities in the Americas and Asia. • In 2014, I contributed to a successful vendor data migration project for General Electric Oil & Gas, F&PT division, migrating vendors from legacy ERP systems and Oracle to SAP. • Leveraged the Softtek BPO team expertise to reduce GE Oil & Gas AP issues by 70%, to improve new vendor set up process, and to reduce indirect PO processing time from 3.5 to 1 business day.

• International PO placement and RFQ follow up. • Order tracking and fulfilment. Reduced the % of late PO lines ~60%. Hands-on quality claims and return of non-compliant materials. • Quoted and negotiated international freight rates, from and to Mexico. • Coordinated custom clearance and requested certificates of origin for import and export operations (NAFTA, Uruguay-Mexico and EU-Mexico free trade agreements).
