Alf Porzig is a proven digital thought leader, change manager and front runner. He joined Teradata to support and drive its transformation from a technology minded on-prem DWH organization to a customer centric data & analytics multi-cloud platform provider. In his role as the Country Practice Lead Business & Industry Consulting he is focussing on establishing a "customers' value first" business consulting approach to standardize and scale across the whole company.

° Setup and management of the Business Area Data Excellence with the topics Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Data Science and Machine Learning and corresponding team building ° Development and implementation of the Data Excellence process model for the development of future-proof data strategies with a focus on business value, architecture, data governance, organization and data ecosystem ° Thought Leadership Big Data, holding lectures and writing publications, participation in strategic working groups
